4 workout types, including HIIT, Tone, Kettles Strength and Personal Training.

HITT and Cardio

Tuesdays at 6:45-7:30am & Wednesdays at 9:30-10:30am

Feel the burn in this high energy class working the whole body and incorporating cardio and strength-based exercises at maximum effort for short periods of 40 seconds at a time with a short rest in-between each set. A great workout to improve your fitness, tone you up and burn lots of calories.

Tone and Strength

Mondays at 8-8:45am & Thursdays at 9:30-10:15am.

A low-impact 45 minute toning class that focuses on enhancing the shape and definition of all your muscles. Using your bodyweight and the option of hand weights, this class will improve your overall strength, tone your whole body and aid your circulation and metabolism.

Kettles Strength

Friday at 9:30-10:30am

A muscle toning class which focuses on core strength. Kettlebells works your cardio vascular and muscular system at the same time, making Kettlebells a fantastic conditioning tool – working the body inside and out. Fantastic for muscular endurance and muscular strength.

Personal Training

1:1 personal training session

What is The Fitness Mum?

The Fitness Mum was created by Vicky Rees-Davies, a qualified level 3 personal trainer. It is a fitness platform designed to provide a range of varied fitness classes every day of the week that are fun, motivating and allow everyone regardless of their age or fitness ability the opportunity to improve their fitness levels and better their health both physically and mentally.

The classes include a 45 minute toning class, a 45 minute and 1hr HIIT class and a 1hr Kettlebell Strength class as well as 1-1 personal training. The classes and PT sessions are available both online via zoom and in person at a beautiful studio at Balance The Countryside Gym just outside of Bath with changing facilities, a coffee lounge and free parking. Monthly memberships and pay as you go plans are both available.


Do I need any special equipment?

If you join one of my classes in person at the Studio at Balance The Countryside Gym all equipment is provided.

If you are joining online via zoom, no equipment is necessary however a pair of 1, 2 or 3kg dumbbells (depending on your fitness level), would be useful and a selection kettlebells for my Kettlebell Strength Class. If you are starting your first fitness class then a couple of cans or bottles of milk will do!


How do I manage my account?

You simply click on the Sign Me Up link and my Go Team Up booking system will guide you through the process.


How do I update my payment details?

Simply head to your account on Go Team Up where you can edit your payment details or ask one of the friendly online for any help you might need.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply head to your account on Go Team Up where you can cancel your subscription or ask one of the friendly online for any help you might need. *(Please not that you are required to give 28 days notice prior to cancelling any membership).
